In 2010 Susie Plascencia was the Public Relations & Promotions Manager for Adriana’s Insurance, a leading California insurance broker for more than 20 years. It was at Adriana’s where Susie learned valuable lessons and gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and marketing. Susie’s close working relationship with CEO Adriana Gallardo, a gifted marketer, inspired her to work toward opening her own advertising agency.

Subsequently, Susie joined the team at The Dominguez Firm, a well recognized and award-winning Los Angeles law firm specializing in personal injury and worker’s compensation. As the firm’s first Marketing Director, Susie developed its in-house marketing department from the ground up and set the firm’s strategic marketing goals going forward.

In 2017, MRM was created as a full-service marketing agency that specializes in targeting Hispanics in the Los Angeles market by creating compelling and effective campaigns that generate results.  All our staff members are fluent in Spanish and are either first or second generation Hispanic. We are the market!
